SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. We do not process orders during holidays.

Please review the address you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

We ship from Alhambra, California. 

Domestic Shipping 

Once shipped, orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive depending on where you live. All orders will include a USPS tracking number, you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has shipped.

If you would like to add insurance in your shipment, please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail covers up to $100 for lost, damaged, and missing packages. Insurance does not cover packages marked as delivered. Please visit the USPS website for more information on USPS Priority Mail.

If you feel your location is unsafe for delivery, please contact us immediately or add it in the notes when checking out so we can a signature confirmation to your order. With a signature confirmation, your package will not be delivered unless someone in your household has signed for it.

International Shipping 

International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt and are based on local tax rates. Please note the customer is 100% responsible for any fees incurred. 

International shipping can take up to 2-12 weeks to arrive after they have shipped as all orders will pass through customs. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a better estimated time as it is different for every country. 

USPS First Class International packages include a tracking number but please note that it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US. 

If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Additional Information

Once your package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have problems with your package in transit, please contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
