Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package for store credit only. 

In order to qualify for a return, you must mail your package within 14 days from the time it was received and confirmed as delivered on your tracking.

All items are checked prior to shipment. However, if you come across any defective goods we missed, please ensure it is claimed within 7 days of receiving your package. We will kindly ask for a picture for confirmation. Please email with more information including your photo.

Please keep in mind it may take us 1-2 business days to review your return request. Once you are approved for a return, we will reach out via email. Don't forget to check your spam if you have not received an email, it happens! 

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Returns received after 14 days of the original order receipt date
  • Discounted items 
  • Jewelry, purses, sunglasses, hats, and scarves
  • Damaged or worn items 
  • Free gifts

Return conditions:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use including any sort of stains, spills, or odors (including deodorant, pet hairs, cigarette smoke, makeup, perfume, etc.) 

Please try on all clothing with care! We do not accept returns under any circumstances for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any sort of way. Marmol Boutique cannot be responsible for damages caused by incorrect sizing or improper handling or care. We kindly ask you to keep your underwear on when trying on any bodysuits!

Refund shipping is at the customer's expense, except in cases where we made a shipping error. Original shipping returns are non-refundable.

  3. Pack your item, return form, and receipt with your choice of packaging and send it back via your preferred mail carrier to us.

    All returns must be sent through traceable mail (tracking number). 

  4. We will process your return and issue store credit within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Need a different size?

We are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges due to limited quantities. If you need a different size, please place a new order after your return is approved and you have received your store credit. Please note that we cannot guarantee the correct size will still be available during this time frame.
